The application does not seem to support the Retina display. Either the application will run in the lower left corner at 1/8th of the screen, or it will run full screen, but so magnified that you cannot see more than part of the game. For a German software developer this is not surprising but still a shame.

This is an interesting game, if not a bit too easy. Fascinating physics models, but far too easy and not enough levels. Have yet to discover any user generated levels, but being a mac version there may not be any out there. A great start, but let me know when theres a better more advanced version; Ill probably buy that one too...

Only app in 5 years of running a MAC that crashes… actually… it doesnt even START. SCAM SCAM SCAM… I want my money back… THIEVES

I think this game is really nice as well as Ls2011 but its nice in a completely different way. If you are into Farming Simulator 2011 (Ls2011) you probably want to buy this game because its by the same people, but in the game there is no freeroam (Career) like in Ls2011, and all there is are missions. If you are into construction, get it. Not into it, maybe not. *Also no multiplayer*

I downloaded this one day when I was board because it looked pretty realistic and different from other games. The different missions and machienery that is available in this game are great, all of the vehicles are fully functional with lights etc. You can also get out of the equiptment and use a sledge hammer, jack hammers, explosives, and once you compleat everything, a ray gun, which I am not a huge fan of. But anyway, if you are looking for a time consuming game that is very realistic, this is it. One warning, if you do not have a mouse this game can be a little difficult. Controlling the bucket and all the movement of equiptment is much better with the mouse.

I was browsing the Mac App Store for a good simulation game, and man was this a good find. The graphics are pretty good, and the game itself is awesome. Part physics, its really cool to be able to use different tools to try and demolish buildings. This seems to be one of the hidden gems in the store. Like the other review said, Id make sure you have a mouse. I cant imagine playing this game without one…would be very difficult!

I have a five yesar old obsessed with construction. Demolition Company was a great fit, although I was worried that my son would not understand all the controls. He didnt, at least when he used the mouse. I created a sheet of paper with all of the individual vehicle controls and he drives around blowing towers and jackhammering walls in his skidsteer and mini-excavator. My wife is very happy that he is play a non-violent game and we spent a good part of this weekend together completing missions to get enough money for his front-end loader. I also installed the game on my macbook pro, and I find a trackpad much easier then the apple wireless mouse, which my son had smacked on the table when using and accidently turned it off. The only issue I have is when you quit the game, there is an error when the game ends saying it did not finish quitting properly. Other then that, I would highly recommend this game. $25.00 is a fair price for the hours he has had, and the hours he will continue to have. I am looking at the farm simulator next, as he is also in love with bruder farm toys.

Well i bought this game with high hopes after reading alot of reviews. The only things i dont like is how you end up makeing too much money and you really cant spend it. Youve aquired all machines half way through the game. Alot of the time the only machine you need is the the front end loader? I rate this game a 6 1/2 out of 10. I beat it within 2 days, coulda beat it in 6 hours but got bored. Im also 22 so if your ages 6- 10 this game would be sweet.

it needs a bulldozer and you need to be able to have your own car and be able to drive to your job sites it would also be cool if it had a team mode that you could hire other workers! thanks a lot its an awesome game!!!

Very happy with this purchase, as a 3D game it doesnt overheat my computer that fast unlike the others. Also the gameplay is very fun! If you like to destroy something but cant really do so in real life, this is the game for you.

If you are looking for an addicting but realistic gaming experience, Demolition Company is the game for you. This game not only has great visuals, but has a good feel to it. You eventually learn the stress points of a building, and where to place explosives and where to use jackhammers. Overall, this game is Great, and for $11? Steal!

I thought it would be a fun game but all you do is knock down little houses and get points not even worth a penny do not buy it unless you are looking for a bad game if i could rate it 0 stars i would.

Best game ever. Gotta love Giant Software. Why not add a bulldozer. And even a car. And even some cranes. And by cranes i mean LARGE cranes that costs THOUSANDS!!! Best game in the world. But there is a bug, Whenever your blowing up low,med,high at 1 time, the game freezes. Gotta love giant software.

While I’m sure this game is great, it will not load and crashes every time I try to use it. I have a 2010 Macbook Pro 15” 2.4Ghz.

I was so excited to try this game but I couldn’t enjoy anything out of it..

hate it it dosent have multiplayer! that is rilly all i do now com on i have farming simulator 2012, 2013,2014, ski reagon simulator 13, (construction simulator dosent have it ether) all of the other one’s have moltiplayer expet demolition company. all the other one’s that do have moltiplayer the moltiplayer have a rilly bad lag :( i hope you can fix all of that i will edit my review and make it 5 star, good for this game and all of the other simulator game’s.(please fix it big problums)
